Candidates must provide truthful information in applications and CVs.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.
Users agree not to: post false or misleading information, harass other users,
use the platform for unauthorized commercial purposes, or attempt to circumvent security
measures.
All content on MyStar Recruits, including logos, text, graphics, and software,
is our property or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
MyStar Recruits is not liable for any employment decisions,
the accuracy of job listings or candidate information,
or any damages resulting from use of our platform beyond the fees paid to us.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms,
engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where MyStar Recruits is
headquartered.
Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our platform after changes
constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of significant
